Payment Reminders tracks who owes what and sends the follow-up messages for you, on a schedule you set, so chasing an invoice is not a task someone has to remember.
What it does
You record a reminder against the contacts who owe money, with the amount and the due date, and choose how often the follow-up repeats. Spun sends the messages on that schedule and keeps the payment status next to each one, so you can see what is still outstanding.
Who it is for
- Small businesses and practices that invoice customers who are already reachable on WhatsApp.
- Anyone whose collections process today is a mental note and an awkward message a week later.
How it works inside the inbox
- Install Payment Reminders from Extensions.
- Open Payment Reminders from the sidebar and choose New Reminder.
- Select the contacts, and set the amount and the due date.
- Set how often the reminder repeats, then activate it.
What it can access
The extension works with the contacts you select and the reminder records you create, and it sends messages on your connected WhatsApp channel. It does not process payments or hold card details: it sends the reminder, you get paid the way you already do.
Like every extension in the marketplace, it asks for narrow, specific permissions that an admin reviews on the install screen, and platform admins can suspend any extension instantly.
