Voice transcription is computed from provider rates, not observed, so it is shown as a range across our transcription providers. AI use is charged at provider rates plus 30 percent, so real figures vary with conversation length.

Connected AI add-on $25 / month
Starter includes 2,000 Connected AI reads a month. After that there is a one-time 7-day grace period, then reads pause until the next month unless you add Connected AI for $25 per month: unlimited reads within rate limits. Pro and Max include Connected AI. Reads never use AI credit, and drafting done by your own assistant uses no Spun credit; only Spun's own AI generation does.

Spun charges per WhatsApp number, not per person: people are never charged, and every plan includes unlimited team members. You pay for the plan and for each additional WhatsApp number, nothing else.

No. There is no per-user or per-seat pricing. A plan covers one WhatsApp number and unlimited team members: two people or twenty pay the same $49 per month on Starter.
No. Spun connects to the WhatsApp number you already use as a linked device, not through the WhatsApp Business API, so there are no Meta conversation fees and no per-message charges from Spun. The monthly plan price is the whole bill.
Yes. Each additional number gets its own inbox, contacts, tokens and storage. On Starter an additional Starter line is $49 per month.
