Facebook Lead Ads connects your Facebook Business account to Spun, so a lead that fills in one of your lead forms shows up in the inbox instead of waiting in Facebook for someone to export it.
The point is the first minute: the lead arrives as a contact and whatever you set up runs immediately.
What it does
Lead-form submissions from your Facebook ad campaigns are imported into Spun as contacts. From there they can trigger an auto-reply, a label, a campaign or a chat flow, exactly like any other new contact.
The auto-label action can also point at a pipeline stage, which moves the new lead straight onto your sales board. If you have not chosen a stage, a new lead still lands in the first stage of your default board on its own, as long as automatic entry is switched on for that board.
Who it is for
- Anyone running Facebook lead ads who answers leads on WhatsApp and wants the reply to go out while the person is still interested.
- Sales teams that work from a pipeline board and want new leads on it without a manual step.
How it works inside the inbox
- Install Facebook Leads from Extensions.
- Connect your Facebook Business account.
- Choose which lead forms to sync.
- Decide what happens when a lead arrives: an auto-reply, a label, a pipeline stage, or a campaign.
What it can access
The extension reads the submissions of the lead forms you selected, and creates or updates the matching contacts in Spun. Forms you did not select are not synced.
The Facebook connection is an authorization you grant to your own Business account and can revoke on Facebook at any time. On the Spun side, the extension asks for narrow permissions an admin reviews on the install screen, and platform admins can suspend any extension instantly.
