HealthPro puts appointment booking inside the inbox, so the booking and the conversation about it live in the same place instead of in two systems that disagree.
What it does
You set up a provider profile with your specializations, location and visibility, and a weekly schedule with date overrides for the days that differ.
Appointments move through pending, confirmed, completed and cancelled, and can be cancelled with a reason. Clients get a simplified view showing their own appointments rather than the full inbox.
A Google Calendar connection keeps your outside calendar and your bookings in step, with an explicit conflict policy for when the two disagree: HealthPro wins, the external calendar wins, or you are asked each time. Client details can be kept out of the entries written into Google.
Payments run through a Stripe Connect account of your own, so the money goes to you directly.
Who it is for
- Therapists, practitioners and wellness professionals who book clients one at a time and answer them on WhatsApp.
- Anyone whose calendar lives in Google but whose bookings arrive as messages.
How it works inside the inbox
- Install HealthPro from Extensions.
- Set up your provider profile with specializations, location and visibility.
- Set your weekly schedule, and add date overrides for days that differ.
- Connect Google Calendar if you keep one, and choose what happens when the two calendars conflict.
- Connect Stripe if you want to take payment, then turn booking on and manage appointments as they arrive.
What it can access
The extension works with your provider profile, your schedule and your appointments, and with the clients who book them. If you connect Google Calendar it reads and writes the calendar you authorized, and you can choose to keep client details out of the entries it writes there.
Payment runs through your own Stripe Connect account, so card details are handled by Stripe rather than kept in the extension.
Like every extension in the marketplace, it asks for narrow, specific permissions that an admin reviews on the install screen, and platform admins can suspend any extension instantly.
