Coaching Tips Hub turns a coaching programme into something that runs itself: a sequence of tips, lessons or check-in prompts that goes out to the people you enrolled, on the schedule you set.
You can write the tips yourself, start from the template gallery, or have AI draft them and then edit what it wrote.
What it does
You build a tip group: an ordered sequence of messages with a delivery schedule, which can be daily, on specific days, or inside a time window. Contacts are enrolled individually or in bulk by label, and the response dashboard shows how each person is progressing.
Scheduling is Shabbat aware, so a tip does not land in a window you have set aside.
Delivery follows the person. A tip reaches a contact on WhatsApp, by SMS for United States numbers where the group allows it, or straight into the Spun inbox of a contact who is themselves a Spun user. That last route is on by default for Spun users and replaces WhatsApp or SMS for them rather than duplicating the message, and a contact who stops being reachable on Spun falls back to WhatsApp automatically.

- Anyone sending a recurring nudge, a lesson series or a check-in prompt that is currently copied and pasted by hand.
How it works inside the inbox
- Install the Coaching extension from Extensions.
- Create a tip group with its sequence of tips, or import one from the template gallery.
- Set the delivery schedule: daily, specific days, or a time window.
- Enrol contacts individually or in bulk by label.
- Watch progress and replies in the response dashboard, and use the Spun filter tab to see the enrolments delivered inside Spun.
What it can access
The extension works with the contacts you enrol, the tips you wrote, and the replies those tips receive, and it sends on your connected WhatsApp channel. Contacts who are not enrolled are not touched.
Like every extension in the marketplace, it asks for narrow, specific permissions that an admin reviews on the install screen. Reading conversation content additionally requires a separate short-lived consent, and platform admins can suspend any extension instantly.
