Your Team, One Inbox

Share WhatsApp with your whole team, assign chats and answer as one - nothing slips through.

Transcript

This is the Shared Team Inbox. Jordan runs Blue Horizon Travel and wants Maya on the team. From the Team panel, Share Access: her email, the Team Member role, and the one saved filter she should see, Booking requests. Share, and the invitation goes out. Maya gets the invitation by email. One click opens the invite page, she accepts, and she is in. From her own workspace she switches to Blue Horizon, and sees only the conversations Jordan shared with her, nothing else. Now it is live. When Maya opens a chat, Jordan sees her initials on it. And when she starts typing, Jordan gets a warning: Maya is already replying. Maya sends her reply. Jordan sees it marked Sent by Maya Brooks. The customer still sees one number, one business. And Jordan stays in control: every member's role and scope, right on the Team panel.

Transcript

Share Access walks you through five steps. First, who: an email address, or a teammate who already uses Spun. Second, the role: four presets from Viewer to Full Control, each one explained on its card. Third, optionally a pipeline board they should work on. Fourth, which conversations: pick one or more saved filters, and that is exactly what they will see. Last, a review of everything before you share. One click and the invitation goes out.

Transcript

Roles decide who sees what. Viewer, Team Member, Manager and Full Control, each with a fixed set of permissions you can read straight off the access table. Every member card shows the role, the shared filters and the exact permissions, and the owner can change any of them at any time.

Transcript

Auto-assign spreads new chats across the team. Round-robin: each new one-to-one chat gets the next teammate's name label, in this order. Weights, pauses and work hours decide who is up next, and the panel always shows who takes the next chat.

Transcript

Your team talks inside the same inbox. Maya's direct message sits right next to the customer chats, so a handoff never needs another app. Jordan reads the handoff and answers in place. Team chats stay internal: nothing written here ever reaches a customer.

Transcript

Spun Chat is the team's own channel, separate from WhatsApp. Filter the list to it and you see only internal conversations. Create a group for a desk or a project, pick the teammates, and it exists only inside Spun. The first message goes out to the team, and never to a customer.

Transcript

Before you type, you see who is already here: Ethan is replying to this chat, in the header and right above the composer. Need a colleague? Mention them in a team note. Maya gets notified, and the customer sees nothing.

Transcript

Every conversation has Team Notes: context from colleagues, kept inside the team and attached to the chat. Add a note for the next person on shift. It is never visible to the customer.

Transcript

Keep a busy inbox tidy. One click shows only the unread conversations. Or focus on a single label, like VIP, and the list narrows to those contacts. Right-click any conversation to pin it to the top, mute it, or archive it when it is done.

Transcript

Star the messages you will need again, like a price or a date, straight from the message menu. Every starred message of the conversation is listed in the contact panel, so nothing important gets buried in the thread.

Transcript

Today's Briefing sits above the chat list and counts what needs you right now: unanswered, unread, waiting, alarms, overdue tasks and stale conversations. Click a pill and the list shows exactly those conversations, so you can work through them one by one.

Transcript

Answers you type every day live as quick replies, one click away from the composer. Pick one and it drops into the message, personalised with the contact's details, ready to send.

Transcript

A message is written, the clock icon opens the schedule picker, a time is chosen, and the message shows as scheduled in the thread.

Transcript

A video room with three participants; each speaks in their own language and live captions show the translated text for the viewer.

Transcript

Every person you talk to lives in the contact database, with company, role, labels, notes and the full conversation history. Search by name, number or company and the list narrows as you type. The same profile sits next to the chat. Open the contact panel, edit the details right there, and save: company, role, department. Team notes, labels and the data tab live in the same panel, so nothing depends on remembering what was said last time.

Transcript

Labels are the backbone of the inbox. The Labels Manager holds them all: colour-coded, grouped by category, each with its own Keep-In-Touch days and auto-remove timer. Rules apply them for you: a keyword, a first-time sender, a message with a price, an unanswered chat, after hours. Every new inbound message runs through them. AI auto-labeling reads the conversation and suggests or applies labels on its own, and the Rotation tab turns teammate labels into round-robin assignment of new chats. Bulk Labeling is a grid of every contact, chat and group against every label: tick cells to label dozens of people at once. In the inbox every chat shows its labels, and the Labels filter narrows the whole list to one of them in a click. Next to a chat, the contact panel has a Labels tab: add or remove labels while you talk, and the chat list updates at once. And labels drive the rest: a campaign targets a label, Keep In Touch watches each label on its own clock, automations and saved filters key off them too.

Transcript

Open any label and it has settings of its own. Beyond the name and colour, there is an AI description that tells the auto-labeler when to apply it, and when not to. A mutual label group means only one label from that group can be on a chat at a time. Put Urgent in the Priority group: the moment a chat gets Urgent, a Low Priority label falls off by itself. Contact Type and Issue work the same way, so a lead can never also be a customer. Hidden keeps a label working behind the scenes without a chip in the chat list. Under Advanced, a weight decides how hard the AI finds it to downgrade the label, and Keep In Touch days turns it into a follow-up rule: fourteen days with no message, and the chat is flagged. The AI settings per label decide how many messages the AI reads, how confident it must be, and when the label should fall off: auto-remove after forty-eight hours means an Urgent label clears itself two days later, instead of staying on forever. The AI Auto-Labeling tab sets the account-wide rules: Urgency Decay removes priority labels on its own once a conversation shows it was resolved, after the hours you choose, and a cap on labels per chat keeps the AI from piling them on.

Transcript

Search finds people and messages as you type: a name, a number, or a word from the conversation. Filters combine: unread only, a label, a pipeline stage, a channel or a status, and the list follows.

Transcript

Any combination of filters can be saved with a name: unread with an email address, VIPs waiting on us, chats not identified yet. Then it is one click away. Pin the ones you use daily, and share a saved filter with a teammate so they see exactly the same list.

Transcript

Circles group the people who belong together: a family, a client company, a committee. Each person has a role inside the circle, so you know who books and who pays. Adding someone takes two clicks, and every circle is one place to see the whole group.

Transcript

A customer's conversation opens on WhatsApp; the channel menu in the thread header lists her other channels, and ticking Email and SMS merges those messages into the same timeline, each marked with its channel, next to her calls.

Transcript

A customer's thread fills in with messages and an outgoing call in time order, then a teammate adds a team note in the Contact Info panel, next to the contact's tasks.

Transcript

Photos, documents and voice notes are part of every conversation: the hotel, the quote, the passports. And all of it is collected in one place in the contact panel, so nothing is buried in the chat.

Reach More, Sell More

Campaigns, lead games, smart links and reminders that turn contacts into customers.

Transcript

WhatsApp marketing from the inbox you already use: campaigns to many contacts, posts to your groups, spin-to-win games and smart links, all in one place. Every send is paced to WhatsApp limits, with quiet hours and a sending-health score, so your number stays safe while you grow. And Smart Links turn every ad, post or website button into a WhatsApp chat you can track back to the campaign that brought it.

Transcript

Campaigns is one place for every way to reach many people at once: master casts, master groups, and a personal message to a filtered list, with the sending-safety rules in view. Send to Multiple: write once, pick the recipients with filters, and every person gets their own private message, paced by the server so your number stays safe.

Transcript

Target a send by label. Write the message once. Then pick the recipients by label: only the VIPs, or only the people with an open booking request. The list updates as you choose.

Transcript

Bulk sends are paced by the server, not by your browser: one message at a time, with a pause between them, even if you close the tab. Rate limits, quiet hours, filtered recipients and a sending-health score keep your WhatsApp number safe, and the queue respects them even when you close the tab.

Transcript

In Send to Segment, two more WhatsApp lines are ticked under Send from, the split is set to By percentage with shares of 50, 30 and 20, and after Create & Start the campaign history shows progress for each line.

Transcript

A master group is a list of WhatsApp groups. One post goes to every member group, with a random pause between them, at a human pace. Schedules repeat it daily or weekly inside a time window, on the days you choose, and can even read the text from a Google Sheet.

Transcript

A Smart Link is one link per campaign: an ad, a post, a website button. The lead clicks it and WhatsApp opens with a pre-set first message. Every link counts its clicks and the chats it produced, and can start its own automation, so you know which campaign brought which conversation.

Transcript

In a Lead Games campaign, a new prize is added with its chance, stock and daily limit and the real chances update; Require WhatsApp before spinning is switched on; then a winner's prize is marked as redeemed.

Transcript

In Settings, Facebook Lead Ads shows a connected Facebook page; a second lead form is switched on, a WhatsApp auto-reply is written and saved, and a new lead appears at the top of Recent Leads.

Transcript

Payment Reminders shows who is overdue and by how much, in one screen, bucketed by how late they are. Each invoice can send a polite reminder with the payment link, in the customer's own WhatsApp chat, and the reply lands right there.

Transcript

In Invite your contacts, three contacts are picked (people already on Spun or already invited are greyed out), then the Messages app opens with the invite text and personal link ready, it is sent, confirmed as Sent, and the next contact comes up.

Never Miss a Follow-Up

Tasks, reminders, a calendar and a sales pipeline that live right next to the conversation.

Transcript

The Pipeline board with New, Contacted, Proposal, Won and Lost columns; a card is dragged from Contacted to Proposal and the column counts update.

Transcript

The Keep In Touch list shows contacts past their label threshold; a quick message is typed into the inline box and sent, and the contact leaves the list.

Transcript

The Tasks board with custom project columns; a card is dragged to In Progress and its status marker updates.

Transcript

An alarm is a reminder attached to a conversation: chase the quote tonight, send the tickets at three, call about the flight tomorrow. When it fires, the conversation comes back to the top. Alarms can repeat every month, and can be assigned to a teammate.

Transcript

The calendar lives next to the inbox: calls, tours and meetings for the week, each linked to the conversation it belongs to. Open an event and the chat is one click away; create one from a message, and it can sync to Google Calendar.

Transcript

Guides post their daily voice notes in a WhatsApp group while a Check-ins rule watches it; Check now shows 4 of 6 have posted, at the 21:00 deadline the check lists the two missing members, and their prepared reminders wait in AI Sends until one is approved and sent.

Transcript

Sprint Mode is started for 30 minutes; a banner counts down while the chat list stays still, and when the time is up Sprint Complete shows 14 messages, 5 chats and 3 events, and Review Messages brings the new chats into the list.

Put the Routine on Autopilot

Bots, flows and automations that answer, label and follow up while you sleep - with a human approval step when it matters.

Transcript

The Automation Hub lists everything that acts on incoming messages, in the order it runs: chat flows, rule labels, auto-replies, the AI chatbot, AI labels, reminders. Each one has a switch and a mode, and shows how often it fired recently, so you can see at a glance what works for you and switch anything off in one click.

Transcript

In the AI Chatbot settings the chatbot is switched on and its instructions are written in plain words: the business, the tone and the language to answer in. A customer then asks about Crete and the chatbot's reply appears in the thread, marked Sent by AI chatbot.

Transcript

The knowledge base holds your policies, packages and FAQs. The AI answers from these articles, not from guesses. It also learns from your own conversations: suggested knowledge waits for your approval, and a website or a document can be imported in one go.

Transcript

In the AI Chatbot settings, Voice Chatbot is switched on with a default voice and the language set to auto-detect. A customer's voice note then gets a voice-note reply in the thread, labeled Sent by voice chatbot and AI voice reply, and the reply is played.

Transcript

A chat flow is a guided conversation the AI runs for you: pick one, and it asks the customer step by step. It collects the answers as it goes, destination, dates, travellers, and you approve each message before it is sent.

Transcript

The Autopilot panel lists follow-up rules made from campaigns. A rule is edited and its AI Strictness slider is raised to Strict, then the Activity tab shows each reply's decision and confidence score, with a low-confidence reply left unanswered for the team.

Transcript

New messages arrive in the chat list and labels such as Urgent and Order appear on them automatically a moment later.

Transcript

The Automations hub lists everything that acts on incoming messages, in pipeline order. Each automation can be set to Active, Shadow or Disabled right from this list. When two automations that both answer customers are on at the same time, the Conflicts tab flags it and names them, so you can decide which one should reply.

Transcript

Reporting shows every automation event: which system acted, for which contact, the result, and the reason when it held back. Filter by result or by system to see, for example, every reply that waited because a teammate was already in the chat. Each automation keeps its own switch and activity log: pause a rule in one click, and AI replies step aside when a teammate is active.

Weave AI: Your Smartest Teammate

Spun's built-in AI writes in your style, sums up long chats, translates on the fly and finds what you need.

Transcript

Weave is the assistant built into the inbox. Ask in plain words, like what a customer agreed to, and it searches your conversations for the answer. It answers from the conversation itself: the package, the dates, the price, the extra tour, and what should happen next. Follow up with one click and Weave drafts the confirmation for you to review and send yourself.

Transcript

In the chat composer the AI icon is clicked, a short instruction is typed, and AI Compose writes a complete reply in the chosen tone that is then sent.

Transcript

Type a rough note in the message box and AI Compose turns it into a complete reply, using the conversation for the details. Not quite right? Click Improve and say what to change: shorter, warmer, more formal, or a detail to add. Each round refines the same draft, and nothing changes until you insert it. You still read it and send it yourself.

Transcript

When a customer writes, Spun reads the conversation and suggests replies right above the message box. Click a suggestion to drop it into the message box. Edit it if you like, then send it yourself. Pick a tone or add your own instruction, and the next suggestions follow it.

Transcript

Start from one of your saved replies, the answers you send every day. Switch on AI Compose and it rewrites the saved text for this customer, using what was said in the conversation. The meaning of your saved reply stays the same, with the trip, dates and tour filled in. You review it and send it yourself.

Transcript

A long conversation is opened, Summarize is chosen from the AI menu, and a short summary with the agreed points appears in the side panel.

Transcript

A message is turned into a task from its action menu, then Suggest tasks reads the conversation and proposes a short list that is reviewed and created.

Transcript

While you work on a chat, Spun finds earlier conversations about the same kind of request, ranked by how closely they match. Open one to read how your team handled it then, and jump to that conversation to reuse what worked.

Transcript

AI reads each conversation and sorts it by topic and priority, so an urgent request stands out in the list before you even open it. Each decision is logged with the label it chose, how confident it was and how urgent the chat looks. If the AI got one wrong, undo it with one click, and switch auto-labeling on or off whenever you like.

Transcript

A voice note arrives, its transcript appears under the audio player, and a translated playback of the same note in another language is offered.

Transcript

A voice note arrives, its transcript appears under the audio player, and a translated playback of the same note in another language is offered.

Transcript

When a customer writes in another language, Spun detects it from their messages and shows it in the chat header. Open the language settings, choose what to translate incoming messages into, and the detected language is the starting point. Each message now shows a translation underneath, so you understand the customer straight away.

Transcript

Start with Spun itself. In Settings, General, pick the app language, and every menu and button switches, for you only, on every device you use. Your teammates keep theirs. Each chat can also have its own sending language. Pick it from the list, from Spanish and Arabic to Hindi and Tamil. Now type in your own language. The chip above the message box shows it will be sent in Spanish. Preview the translation before anything goes out, and edit it if needed. The customer reads Spanish, you keep writing English.

Transcript

Customers send passport numbers, card details, phone numbers and emails in chat. You see them, because you need them. With PII redaction on, Spun replaces those details with placeholders before the conversation goes to the AI. Show Redacted lets you check exactly what it receives. Each kind of detail it removed is counted, and the real values stay in your inbox.

Connect Your AI (MCP)

ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client works inside your inbox: it reads, drafts and proposes sends, and your team stays in control.

Transcript

In Settings, AI Assistant (MCP), with the send posture on Human approval, a connected app signs in with the Spun login, or a scoped AI key is created with the Assistant with sends access level. A connected AI assistant then looks up who is waiting, drafts a reply and proposes a send, which appears in the AI Sends queue in the inbox and goes out only when Approve and send is clicked.

Transcript

When ChatGPT, or any AI app connected through MCP, wants to send a message, it does not just go out: it waits in the approval queue with the reason behind it. Approve, edit or reject each card. Nothing reaches a customer until a person says so, and the audit trail keeps every decision.

Transcript

In Settings, AI Assistant (MCP), a manager clicks Enable autonomous sending on one connected AI app and confirms by typing AUTONOMOUS. The app is marked Autonomous with a note that reconnecting turns it off, and the media relay and quiet hours rules that still apply are highlighted.

WhatsApp, Calls and Every Channel

Multiple numbers, voice and video calls, SMS, email and live translation - all in one place.

Transcript

An empty chat list offers Connect WhatsApp. The Link your phone window shows a QR code with the Linked devices steps, then WhatsApp Connected with the number, and the WhatsApp chats fill the list and open in Spun.

Transcript

Run more than one WhatsApp number from a single account. Each number appears in the switcher with its status and plan, and you move between them in one click. Each number is a separate inbox, with its own chats, contacts, settings and team access list. Its conversations never mix with your other number. Add another number from the web app as a paid add-on line: name it, choose its plan and decide who on the team can open it. Billing starts once it connects.

Transcript

The Groups hub lists every WhatsApp group on your number. The groups you manage come first, with member counts and labels. Open a group to see its participants and their roles, edit its name and description, and copy or reset the invite link. As an admin you approve or reject join requests, and choose whether only admins can send messages or edit the group info.

Transcript

In the Status panel a text status is typed on a colored background and posted; a contact's photo and voice stories then play in the story viewer, and Binge mode scrolls through everyone's stories full screen.

Transcript

The Channels view lists the WhatsApp Channels on your number, the ones you run and the ones you follow, each with its latest update. Open a channel to read its updates in the same thread view you use for your chats.

Transcript

Sending Health gives each WhatsApp line a score from 0 to 100, recomputed every hour. It sits beside each line at the top of the Campaigns hub, before you send. In Settings, the score breaks down into what it is built from: replies, sending bursts, the share of new contacts, unanswered and single-tick messages, line age and disconnections. Each signal says what it saw, and the card explains how to raise the score. A line under two weeks old also gets a warm-up guide. The score is advice only and never blocks a send.

Transcript

Sending safety sets the limits every automated sender on a line obeys: campaigns, bots, scheduled messages and group posts. Messages you type by hand are never limited. When replies drop or single ticks rise, the line slows itself down. A new line starts at a slower warm-up pace, and nothing automated goes out during quiet hours. While WhatsApp restricts the line, campaigns pause and resume when it clears, and images can vary slightly per person. Every guard is optional, and Expert mode lifts them.

Transcript

Side by side with the Spun thread, the customer's phone shows what an automated reply looks like: her message is marked read, the business shows online, then typing for about as long as the reply needs, then the reply arrives, and the second message follows after a varied gap.

Transcript

SMS sits in the same inbox as WhatsApp. Tick SMS in the channel menu and the texts appear in the conversation, in order, next to the WhatsApp messages. Reply to a text and the SMS composer opens, addressed to her number. It counts characters and segments as you type, and her answer comes back into this same thread. In settings you bring your own Twilio or TextGrid account and pick the numbers you text from, or connect an Android phone through TextBee.

Transcript

Connect your own Gmail once and email becomes a channel of the conversation. Tick Email in the channel menu and the email thread shows up in the same timeline as the WhatsApp messages. Pick Email and the composer opens right in the chat. It always goes to the address saved on the contact, from your own Gmail. Write the subject and the message like any email. When it is sent, her reply lands back in this conversation, so the whole relationship stays in one place.

Transcript

From a teammate's conversation the Spun audio call button starts a one-to-one call shown in a small call window. Then Start Group Call is opened, Audio Call and Audio + transcript are chosen for three teammates, and the group audio meeting runs with a Recording audio badge.

Transcript

In a team group chat, Start group video call opens a group video meeting with four people. Share screen puts an itinerary on the large tile, Get guest link copies a link, and a guest joins the call.

Transcript

In a customer's chat the phone button opens Make a Call; pressing Call shows Calling while the user's own phone rings first. Then the Phone Calls page opens the finished call with its recording playing and a transcript split by speaker.

Know What Is Working

Response times, team performance and the conversations that deserve your attention.

Transcript

The Spun dashboard shows eight key numbers with their trend against the previous period, then the Messages tab with messages over time, hourly activity and top chats; the Customize panel switches a widget off.

Transcript

On the dashboard, Messages Over Time switches from 7 to 30 days, Hourly Activity shows inbound and outbound volume per hour, and the Engagement tab shows response times and a Team Performance table per team member.

Transcript

The dashboard's Top Active Chats and Top Active Groups widgets rank conversations and groups by message count, with each bar split into inbound and outbound; switching from 7 to 30 days re-ranks both lists.

Transcript

In the Groups panel, a WhatsApp group's Analytics button opens message activity for the last 7 and 30 days with a daily bar chart, your own sent, delivered and read counts, the group's top senders, and member growth.

Transcript

In Settings, Response Targets is switched on with a 15-minute first reply target and a manager added to the alerts; the chat list then badges a chat as overdue and one with minutes left, an overdue alert arrives, and the dashboard's Team Performance table shows each agent's share of replies on target.

Transcript

The dashboard's Momentum tab shows an Inbox Health score built from rescue, flow, care and consistency, daily progress rings, a Lead Rescue list of conversations going cold, and streaks; the Customize panel then switches on Personal Bests and Working Circle.

Transcript

The chat list shows Today's Briefing counts; opening the Spun Concierge shows Weave's morning briefing of overnight messages, VIP messages, chats waiting for a reply, reminders, overdue tasks and a quiet customer, with suggested next steps, and one suggestion is clicked.

Transcript

In Chat Digests, a period report is created from the Bookings and requests template for all chats on March 11; the finished report shows totals, and Why this number? opens the bookings and the customer messages behind a count. On the right, a rolling digest adds a new answer when a customer asks to change dates.

Transcript

The MCP Dashboard shows attention chips, chat digests, group signals, AI sends awaiting approval and chats needing follow-up; a digest opens with numbered sources, one source previews the original message, and an AI send is approved with a confirming second tap.

Transcript

Shared Group Intelligence pools the WhatsApp groups of everyone in a Spun group into one radar. Each member adds a monitor, and the leads it finds are visible to the whole circle. A lead shows only the first name and the message. To reach the person you request an intro, and the member who shares that group decides whether an intro goes out from their WhatsApp. In Sharing you see what you contribute to each circle, approve or decline intro requests, and edit or stop sharing at any time.

Transcript

A monitor reads the WhatsApp groups you choose and flags opportunities. Each one has a confidence level, the message, and the reason it was flagged. To create a monitor, you choose the groups, then a template like Sales Opportunities or your own objective in plain words, plus keywords that are always flagged. Then decide how you hear about it: immediately, in a daily digest or weekly, who on the team is notified, and whether voice notes are included. Review, and the monitor starts watching.

Transcript

In the contact panel, Find professional profile shows a preview of the match; Unlock adds the job title, company and LinkedIn to the contact.

Transcript

Settings, Plan and Usage: the AI token meter fills to 62 percent of the plan's monthly AI credit with a pace projection, usage is broken down by feature, and the Team AI Usage card shows each member's share while a monthly cap is set for one teammate.

Transcript

Team AI Usage shows who used the organization's AI tokens this period, member by member, with automations and scheduled work on their own line. Give any member a daily or monthly token cap. Maya already has a monthly cap, and here Ethan gets one too. Managers get an email at 50, 80 and 100 percent of the monthly allowance, and an alert when one member uses more than the share you set. Auto top-up buys tokens when the allowance runs out and never spends past your monthly limit.

Plays Well With Your Tools

CRM, Google Sheets, Drive, calendar, API and MCP - plus industry hubs built on Spun.

Transcript

CRM Sync connects Spun to HubSpot, so your WhatsApp contacts and conversation notes land in the CRM. Salesforce, GoHighLevel and Pipedrive are coming soon. Open the connection to choose what syncs: contacts and notes go out to HubSpot, and contact changes made there come back to Spun. The counters show how many contacts are synced and any errors, and Test Connection checks the link to your HubSpot account.

Transcript

The Extensions page lists add-ons by where they appear in Spun: grow, WhatsApp and calls, insights, integrations. Install one and it shows up in your menu. Each extension has its own page: what it does, where it appears, and every permission it asks for before you install it. The Installed tab shows what your workspace already has, with WhatsApp included, and each one opens straight from here.

Transcript

In Settings, Google Sheets, with Google already connected, the Leads Log template is added; when a teammate tags a chat Hot Lead, a row appears in the new sheet. Then the Call Log template is added and a finished WhatsApp call lands as a row in its own sheet.

Transcript

In Settings, Google Calendar and Meet, calendar event sync is switched on and tasks and scheduled messages are included. The Spun calendar opens in week view with events, an alarm, a task and a scheduled message, and turning on the Google Calendar layer adds the primary Google calendar's events in grey alongside them.

Transcript

File Sync copies the photos, documents and voice notes from your WhatsApp chats to Google Drive or OneDrive, as they arrive. Choose which file types sync for sent and received messages, exclude extensions you never want copied, and file everything by contact and month. The activity log shows each synced file and the Drive folder it went to, and a backfill copies older files from before you connected.

Transcript

Webhooks post to your own system when something happens in the inbox: a message arrives, a contact is created, a label is applied. Each webhook logs every delivery with its HTTP status, and failed ones are retried. Send a test payload to check your endpoint at any time. For the REST API, each key is shown only by its prefix, carries just the scopes you grant, and can be limited to your own IP addresses.

Transcript

On a physiotherapist's public HealthPro booking page, a client picks a time slot, pays a $30 deposit and sees Booking Confirmed with a WhatsApp confirmation to follow. In the provider's HealthPro view inside Spun, the dashboard shows bookings live and Stripe connected, the new appointment appears as confirmed, and the provider profile is shown.

Transcript

The Coaching Tips Hub sends tips and check-in questions to enrolled contacts on WhatsApp, on a schedule you set, and collects their replies. Start from a ready-made program with tips, check-ins and a drip sequence, or write your own content by hand or with AI. Enrollments shows every contact in a sequence, which day they are on and when the next message goes out. Any of them can be paused or resumed.

Built for Trust

Enterprise-grade protection, strict per-organization isolation and no AI training on your data.

Transcript

An animated diagram: two organizations each send the same query for all contacts, with no organization filter, to a shared PostgreSQL contacts table. A row-level security gate lets each one through only to its own rows; the other organization's rows stay locked, and each gets back three rows, all its own.

Transcript

An animated diagram: a reply typed in the browser travels to Spun's servers as a locked, scrambled packet over a TLS connection, then on to the WhatsApp provider and the AI provider over their own TLS links, and the customer's answer comes back the same way. The payments link is marked TLS too.

Transcript

PII Redaction sets what personal data reaches each AI service. Balanced strips names, phones, emails and ID numbers before the chatbot, Weave, summaries and intent detection see a message. Maximum also turns translation and search embeddings off entirely and deletes the existing search indexes. Full AI gives the models full context and still strips financial data.

Transcript

An animated diagram: Summarize is clicked on a customer chat, the phone number and email are masked by PII redaction, the redacted text goes to the AI provider for that one request, and the summary comes back to the inbox. The path from the AI provider to model training is crossed out and stamped Not used for training.

Where your WhatsApp session connects from matters: a connection that keeps changing, or that does not match the country of your phone, is what gets numbers flagged. Spun keeps the session on one connection region, here the United States, and warns you in the inbox the moment that stops matching your phone. Self Proxy goes one step further. A small app on one of your Windows or Mac computers routes the session through your own office or home internet, so WhatsApp sees the same address your phone uses every day. The link is far more stable, you re-scan the QR code far less often, your traffic stays in your own country, and there is no proxy to rent. One computer carries the line. Spun checks the tunnel every minute, re-verifies the connection, and shows the last successful test, the address WhatsApp sees, and how long the service has been up. If that computer goes offline, an approved backup in the same country takes over on its own. Add a second computer as a backup. Jordan installed it on a laptop, then travelled to Canada: Spun sees the country change, marks the laptop as not eligible, and never moves WhatsApp onto it. Your number stays in its protected country. The protected country is where you normally use WhatsApp on your phone. Only a manager can change it, every computer is re-verified when they do, and a VPN left on by mistake is caught and re-checked. New accounts start with nothing to install, on a Spun-managed connection in their confirmed country, and switch to Self Proxy from this card whenever they are ready.

Plan and Usage shows your current plan and how much of this month's AI credit is used, when it resets, and which features use it most. Upgrading opens Stripe Checkout. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and Spun never stores your card number. Updating the card or cancelling opens Stripe's billing portal, and every invoice in the billing history links to its Stripe receipt.

Spun has three plans: Starter, Pro and Max. Every one of them includes the shared inbox, on-demand AI, Contact Circles, messaging and broadcasts. What changes is the monthly AI credit, storage, automation slots and the advanced tools. Starter is forty-nine dollars a month: five dollars of AI credit, a million tokens, ten gigabytes of storage, one scheduled AI workflow, the full team inbox, and two thousand connected-AI reads a month for ChatGPT or Claude over MCP. It is the plan most small teams start on. Pro is a hundred dollars a month: fifteen dollars of AI credit, three million tokens, a hundred gigabytes, five AI workflows, and connected AI included with no cap. It is the plan Spun recommends for daily business operations. Max is two hundred dollars a month: forty dollars of AI credit, eight million tokens, five hundred gigabytes, unlimited workflows, SLA monitors and advanced staff reporting. Extra WhatsApp numbers are cheapest here too: twenty-nine dollars a month for a Starter number instead of forty-nine. Compare the plans line by line. A new account gets everything free for seven days, with no card to start. Tokens never block you: credit packs start at five dollars for a million, and upgrading or cancelling is one click through Stripe.
